This website is a collection of things I find inspiring. Here are my interests:
- Climbing: Climbed to top of Mount Everest summit in 2005. Completed 7 summits a year later.
- Oceans: Swam across the English Channel in 2008. Guinness World Record for longest Arctic Ocean row in 2012. Sailed reverse Trans-Pac from Honolulu to SF in 2016. Open-circuit scuba dove on 6 continents.
- Flight: instrument-rated airplane pilot in 2016, helicopter pilot in 2022, seaplane in 2022, and bush plane tailwheel in 2023.
I am a builder with product management roots at Powerset, Cisco, VMware, Google, and Apple. I ship software that makes life more livable.
